Official Language of the Congress
The official language of the 2010 Congress in Calgary will be English. Translation will not be provided.
Eligibility to attend the ISF World Seed Congress
Participation in the ISF World Seed Congress is restricted to ISF Members (Ordinary, Associate and Affiliate) and to representatives of companies that are members of a national seed association in the delegate's country of residence. The national seed association must be an Ordinary Member of ISF.
Internet
There will be an Internet Lounge at the TELUS Convention Centre with free wireless available for delegates. Internet service is available at the three host hotels for a fee; the hotels located on the Banff Trail provide free wireless internet.
Cellular Phone and Laptop Charging
There will be a secure station for charging cell phones and laptops located at the Convention Centre.
Non-Smoking Policy
As of 1 January 2007 all indoor facilities in Calgary are smoke free. Smoking is limited to outdoor space only.
Program Changes
The organizers cannot assume liability for any changes in the program due to external or unforeseen circumstances.
